The Opportunity
While the inflatable bounce industry has been successful for many years; TBP wanted to add something unique to their inventory.
Based on a long relationship with Mechanical Bull Sales, Inc. they wanted to continue with the safest and most reliable equipment
with trusted customer service. When they learned 3DSW has the capability to create custom ride attachments, they wanted
something unique to add to their party rental business located in the heart of Tennessee and what better way than a
mechanical guitar ride.
The Process
Using our Hotwire and 3D CNC Milling technology to carve the guitar shape out of EPS foam a fiberglass shell. After thoroughly testing it for quality and safety, the finishing touches were added with a printed vinyl wrap using our large scale printer and cutter, and topping it with a custom padded seat.
